Deabate: The Effectiveness of English Immersion Education
The definition of English Immersion Education.
English immersion Education is to teach diverse subjects in English rather than English subject such as social studies, mathematics and science.

6) Introduction of designated district for using English as a second language.

1) The English status as international language rather than language of some countries
2) EIE helps students learn English.

4) Private education costs reduction through the publicly initiated EIE.
5) In the long run, EIE contribute to increasing the capable human resources in English.

2) EIE infringes on the right to learn in mother tongue.

1. Introduction (Attract audience attention to your topic with general introduction of phenomena which imply your research topic is worthwhile.)
2. Objectives or hypotheses (Concretely and concisely describe your topic and the reason for your study)
3. Literature review and/or review of books and resarch papers including the current research relevant with your research topic. Literature review provides the academic foundation to your research.
4. Methods (Sample, data gathering and analysis): interview, survey, observation, etc.
5. Findings (Results and discussion): Explaine what you have found from your research.
6. Conclusion (Suggestion for a further study): Link your hypothesis to your literature review and findings. Suggest your research topic for the further study.

English Education Fair 2009
The Busan International Middle and High School attend the English Education Fair 2009 held at Bexco.
Students and foreign teachers were eager to promote our school's exellence to visitors. Visitors were thrilled to answer the questions regarding Korea, the United States and Canada. During Summer Vacation
Dear BIHS 12th students,
Summer vacation is around the corner.
Here is what we will do during the summer vacation.
First, read Tuesday with Morrie and write the book report.
The book report will be graded by Ms. Kate and Mr. Dominic.
The book will be the source for book quiz for the mid-term in the fall semester.
We will discuss the lesson from the book and present our critical perspectives after writing the book reflection.
Second, during summer vacation we will solve EBS TEPS. please bring March edition for the first three classes.
Third, please make a record of your erros while you solve multiple questions of the final term test.
I wish you a happy and healthy summer vacation.

The 9th Korean Unesco World Heritage site
We have learned that the effort of UNESCO to protect the cultural heritage from being destroyed by the name of development. Republic of Korea has added another site to the UNESCO World Heritage Site list. 댓글남기기(How to leave a comment)
게시글 마지막 라인에서 아래와 같은 라인을 찾을 수 있습니다.

위 라인 중 comments 를 클릭하시면, 글을 쓸 수 있는 새 화면이 열립니다.
"Leave your comment"화면에 글을 쓰고 나서,
"word verification"에는 같은 단어를 타이핑하고,
username에는 gmail 아이디를 password에는 gmail 비밀번호를 입력한 다음,
"publish your comment"를 누르면 남기고 싶은 글을 포스팅할 수 있습니다.

구글 블로그 만들기(Set Your Blog Guideline)
블로그를 만들기 위해서는 구글 이메일 계정부터 만들어야 합니다.
이메일 계정 만들기는 간단합니다. 일단 utksa1@gmail.com 형태의 지메일 계정을 만들고 난 다음, 블로그 만들기에 도전하세요.
1) Open a browser and type the address: http://blogger.com/
브라우저를 열고 http://blogger.com/ 를 타이핑하고 엔터한다.
2) Click on the button “ Create A Blog”
“ Create A Blog” 라는 버튼을 클릭한다.
3) Enter your email address, password, and verification word.
이메일주소, 패스워드, 단어입력(verification word)을 한 다음, 엔터한다.
4) Give your blog a title and pick your blog address.
블로그의 타이틀과 블로그 주소를 정해서 타이핑하고 엔터한다.
5) Choose a template
템플릿을 선택한다.
6) Your blog has been created !
"Your blog has been created ! "라는 메세지가 뜰 것이다.
7) Use the new post window to write your blog post.
블로그 포스팅을 하기 위해서 "new post"를 클릭하면 새 창이 뜬다.
8) You can customize your blog, such as adding side bar links, pictures or polls by clicking on the ”Customize” button.
”Customize” 버튼을 누르면 사이드 바 링크, 사진, 투표, 유투브동영상등의 내용으로 블로그를 알차게 꾸밀 수 있다.

3) 사진과 비디오등을 게시하여 블로그를 흥미롭게 꾸미기.
3. 과제: 1) 자신의 블로그에 주제와 관련된 에세이를 포스팅하기.
2) 다른 학생의 블로그에 가서 주제에 따른 에세이를 읽고, 댓글 달아주기.
4. 내용: 공통 주제에 대한 에세이를 블로그에 게시하고, 자유 주제 중에서 흥미있는 것을 선택하여 자신의 견해를 블로그에 게시하기. 블로그 셀프 체크 리스트를 참고하여 계획된 일정에 따라서 같은 학교의 친구나 외국학생의 블로그를 방문하여 커맨트를 남겨주세요.
5. 주의: 각 주제에 대한 글을 해당 기간보다 먼저 포스팅하는 것은 괜찮지만, 제시된 마감기한을 반드시 지켜서 포스팅 하세요. 만약 제시된 기한까지 포스팅을 하지 못 했을 때는, 그 다음 주제에 대해서 포스팅해주세요.
6. 기한을 꼭 지켜서 에세이를 포스팅 해주세요.
