I try to attract some students to exchange comments through using blogs. I thought that students were interested in exchanging blog address with foreign friends. However, different from my expectation, it looks that a few students use blogs and many students thought their English is not enough to communicate with foreign students. Now, I have two tasks. How can I persuade students to make and manage blogs rather than to do games? How can I let my students realize that their English is not so horrible level?
Anyway, Students are in the middle of the preparation for the final exam. Sometimes, I feel sorry that my students are not interested in making foreign friends since they think it is the happening in the world where they will not belong to.

- I argue that Korean students' English is good enough to communicate with foreign friends in a casual manner. Moreover, I hope my students will achieve high scores from Korean SAT. I study the patterns in English learning under the ESL context and the EFL context because a language and its context determines the ontology and epistemology of a culture, the meaning making system. First of all,thank you so much for your encouragement. Yeah! The first draft is done ^^ I felt so relieved, yet felt very proud of the project....About your problem, I feel really sorry to hear about that as well. Afterall, it was always hard to start the first initiative. I feel it is a dilemma between forcing students to do things that are beneficial to them even though they don't see it this way; and letting them chose what they want. I do hope your students can find the courage to participate in this project, which can help them in so many unthinkable aspects. Anyway, Sumi, just want to let you know please don't feel pressurred to recruit lot of students. No matter how many of your students sign up, we can design this activity accordingly. Thank you so much for fighting for this global cause with me ^^ I am sure this project will go fine eventually....

The project starts in the beginning of Augst or in the middle. I will stop collecting blog address until July 29th. I wish as many students as possible would be benefited from this project.
